Application Guideline for Proposing the Concession PFI Project for Ariake Arena (Overview)

Ariake Arena will aim to serve as a new hub for sports and culture in Tokyo after the Tokyo 2020 Games. The Concession PFI Project (facility management and operation) for Ariake Arena is supposed to implement a concession PFI under the PFI Act.
Application Guideline for Proposing the Concession PFI Project for Ariake Arena (Overview) is the brief description distributed to the applicant (an applicant or a group applicant) over the selection process of the concessioner (the facility operator) by Tokyo Metropolitan Government under the “Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative”.
